I was in the store today and starting talking to a woman (she saw me buying diapers). She said "I am long past those [diaper] days but I'd give a lot of money to go back. Even to the worst day, I'd give money to be back there. It goes too quickly."
I thanked her for the good reminder. That morning I was tired and a bit grumpy so it was good for me to be reminded to enjoy the present moment....
