Nesting...

No offense little man but this blog is turning more into mine than yours...but I promise to keep posting anecdotes about you. But I am realizing that these little stories will be more fun for me than you to read. When I tell you how cute you were at the age of two when you'd say "bulldoza" after reading Diggers and Dump Trucks for the sixth time in a day. It will mean something to me, remembering back. To you? Not sure it will matter so much, you'll chalk it up to "big deal, things I did as a kid".

So onto nesting...baby #2 is four weeks away and there is a lot to be done. I need to prepare my business for my maternity leave while still completing a few huge projects before I go. We don't have the laundry room/nursery set up *at all*, Daddy hurt his shoulder and is on pain killers, we are replacing our bed so we are sleeping on a mattress on the floor (really not much fun trying to get up a night 9 months pregnant from lying on the floor). And we are all hoping Grandma's breast cancer will be ok (chemo will be happening as #2 arrives, followed by surgery and radiation). So there is a lot to handle...and my pregnant nerves are reaching their tolerance max. I know (I hope) I'll look back and laugh at these days, remembering they were hard but it all worked out....but right now it just seems hard.

However on the bright side, we have had a few good beach days this summer! Aunt Lauren came to help so I could relax and she could chase you around!
