Storyland 2011

We rented a house with the Testas for our first co-family vacation. It was great!  Kids had fun together, parents had fun with drinks in the hot tub at night.

However we did have some mishaps.

Drew got sick with a fever. He ended the vacation with eczema and allergies that ended up on a nebulizer for 4 weeks (asthma in our future?? we are wondering)

I ended up falling out of bed, onto a two prong plug that cut my hand. I fainted, pooped in my pants and needed 4 stitches. Not fun.

But back to our vacation. It was fun, we didn't want it to end. The highlight was going down Bamboo Chutes with Drew (we each took a turn). It was fun (and scary, FYI!) Drew is a trooper. The kid will do any ride! We also did Clark's Trained Bears, swim at Echo Lake, a little hike and some shopping. Ahh...vacation!
