A perfect end of the day

NEVER before. It was the best night. I couldn't believe it.

We went to the park. The boys played nicely. Emma was content to be held and to relax in her stroller.

We came home. The boys watched a show. Dinner was cooking in the oven while I nursed Emma. By the end of the show dinner was ready.

Emma relaxed on her Baby Einstein while the boys and I ate dinner together. We chatted, told jokes, had fun.

The boys both ate green beans with no fuss, no bribes. They just ate it along with the rest of dinner. Amazing!

It's not over yet!

Then the boys played *nicely* in the livingroom. No fighting, no getting wild, no running. Just nice play while Emma looked on. I was able to clean up the kitchen while they played. I put on some fun music, danced around, cleaning up the kitchen knowing the kids weren't wreaking havoc in the next room.

At bed time, they went upstairs without a fuss. There were some shenanagins at bedtime but I can't complain. I have not had such a great night with them EVER.

Let me tell you, it is a hell of a lot easier to be in a good mood when your kids behave themselves! I was so happy and relaxed with them tonight!
