We took Andrew for a special lunch for starting kindergarten. Then we let him choose a new shirt and sneakers.
He chose the ugliest monster shirt. I was horrified. Bill thought it would send a terrible first impression. But a deal is a deal. I told him he could choose a shirt.
Ryan and Emma were at Mom and Dad's while we were out. It was nice being with Drew alone. He was well behaved. It wasn't chaotic. We weren't chasing two plus kids. There wasn't fighting and bickering. We were a couple with an older child.
It was boring!
Help us, we are so used to chaos, we are bored without it!
